Meet the Teacher 2021
Click here for the Meet the Teacher information for ARP.
Maths, English and topic homework will be set weekly on Seesaw. Please use your child's Seesaw code to log in and access the activities.
Enrichment tasks will be set every half term to encourage the children to work independently or with someone from home to create a piece of work to be proud of. We like to let the children choose how they would like to present their work, this gives them the opportunity to be as creative as they would like.
Home Learning Resources
Busy Things is a collection of online learning resources for children to enjoy at home. https://www.busythings.co.uk
To help us remember our new Maths and English focusses, we use Supermovers. You can access the videos here:
Accelerated Reader - Key stage 2 pupils
To further encourage 'Reading for Pleasure' we are using 'Accelerated Reader'. Children will need to read for 20 minutes at school, and 20 minutes at home each day and log their reading in their reading log books. On completion of a book children will take a short quiz on a computer at school to check their understanding of the book. Children are welcome to read their personal books from home - to check if there is an associated quiz please use the Accelerated Reader Book Find website here.
In addition to taking home a physical reading book from school each week, through Bug Club, the children will also be able to read an e-book through a personalised website. Bug Club allows the childdren to enjoy reading the books on screen and complete fun quiz questions within the book in order to support their comprehension skills.
Below are the log in details.
Our P.E. day is Tuesdays. Please ensure a full P.E. kit is in school at all times.

Woodlanders takes place several times a half term. Please ensure the children have appropriate clothing and footwear in school to go down to the woods in all weathers.
Our learning spaces
As well as working in our mainstream classes, we enjoy learning in lots of different spaces around school.
