Wrap Around Care

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club runs from 8.00 am to 8.45 am.  Staff work hard to provide a relaxed start to the school day reflecting a nurturing family atmosphere. The cost per session is £5.40, this includes a breakfast of toast, cereal and a glass of juice.  Younger children are taken to their classrooms by staff for the beginning of the school day.

After School Club

After school club runs from 3.15pm to 6.00pm.  In after school club, children undertake a range of fun and educational activities, both indoor and outdoor under the supervision and guidance of trained staff. 

The cost per session is £9.72, this includes a choice of sandwiches or a hot snack and a drink.  

Wrap around care is managed together with a team of teaching assistants all of whom also work in our main school. Please contact the school office or 01922 897421 (direct line) for any queries regarding wrap around care and availability.

Payment

All payments will need to be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made via 'School Money' payment scheme (Please ask for details).

We do recognise that you may need to use wrap around care on an ad-hoc basis. This booking can still be made through 'School Money', but also please contact the school office. Payments for these sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do understand that circumstances can change, if this is the case, we encourage you to speak to us at the earliest point. 

Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer childcare without payment.

Fees

• Before school = a flat fee of £5.00 per child (including a light breakfast)

• After school = a flat fee of £9.00 per child (including a light tea)

Please note that for pupils attending our nursery who require wrap around care, the following charges apply:

Nursery pupils attending part time (15 hours) whose parents are not eligible for the 30 hour offer may pay for wrap around care as follows:

Before school club (8.00-8.45am): £5.40

Nursery afternoon session (11.45am-3.00pm): £18.13

After school club (3.00pm-6.00pm): £9.72

School meal if required: £2.25

Nursery pupils attending full time due to parents being eligible for the 30 hour offer, may pay for wrap around care as follows:

Before school club (8.00-8.45am): £5.40

After school club (3.00pm-6.00pm): £9.72

School meal if required: £2.25
